HEY! :)
I'd like to officially thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for celebrating my 18th birthday and making it special. I promise you I'll remember it always.
I love the extremely pink party! :D I love the huge card. I love the cake. I love everything. Thank you once again! (You're probably sick of hearing those words by now.) :D
God bless!

the stories
HEY EVERYONE!
This is officially my first post on this blog! :D
Anyway, I'm not sure if you've heard of this movie, or watched it or if you've heard of it but Slumdog Millionaire is a wonderful wonderful movie. And if you're of age, you should TOTALLY catch it. And if you're underage or have already caught the movie, I'm recommending the book to you.
See, I loved the movie so much I had to get the book. And it is GREAT. I honestly can't decide which one I love more. You should totally try it. (: Really.
Yup, that's just what I wanted to say. Oh and I had a good trip in Hong Kong! (: Somethin interesting that happened over there was.. you know how there are all these banners up everywhere in HK? Yeah, so there was this big one outside the hotel I was staying in. And it was something that said "Visiting China? Fly CTS" or something along those lines. And there were 3 girls smiling away happily at the side. And the one in the centre totally totally reminded myself of me! It was uncanny! And kinda strange. Every time I step out of the hotel and looked up, I was like man, that face looks sooo like mine! Only my hair was longer. Since this is the first time I've seen anyone apart from my sister look like me, it was pretty interesting to me.
(Disclaimer: The following paragraph is very girly. Please skip if you have no wish to read about me talking about shoes. Don't say I didn't warned you.)
Oh and I don't know if I ever mentioned it in cell, but I've been in love with these very very very cute pair of Steve Madden heels. (Gimme a sec, let me try to find a picture online.)
Tadah! So since it was Steve Madden, it cost a hefty sum. It's not even available in Singapore. Tsk tsk. But I went to Hong Kong, and during one of the free days, my mom, sister and I went shopping. And guess what we found? That's right. A Steve Madden store! An actual store! You're probably thinking why I'm excited over a store. Because I don't think a Steve Madden store EXISTS over here. So I was like, whoo hoo, Steve Madden. Let's go in. And I never had any intention of buying anything due to the price tag as I mentioned above. BUT! It was my lucky day. This pair. This exact pair which I've been pining away for (and which my mom wouldn't get for me) and which I've termed my dream shoe was sitting there. Just sitting there. It was practically screaming "BUY ME! NOW!" I mean, I had to pick it up. How could you not? And surprise surprise, this very shoe was going off at a hugely discounted price! And I do mean hugely. And now, the ending of the story is a happy one. I'm now the happy owner of my dream Steve Madden shoe. :)
The End.
I hope you're all having a good break! See you sun! (:
KYLENE. :)
P.S. Has anyone watched Paul Blart: Mall Cop? Is it good?
